Gangland victim may have been shot by car driver

GARDAÍ are investigating if gangland murder victim Derek Duffy was killed by an associate who was driving the car he was in.

The car was set ablaze by the killer after he fired several shots into the victim’s head.

Detectives suspect the killer set the car on fire knowing he would have left forensic evidence in the driver’s seat.
