BUSINESS gurus have long told us that the “customer is king” and the reason Ryanair is such a successful company is because it is not afraid of the customer.

The customer is king — unless the business in question is Ryanair

It has never claimed to offer a fancy service and it seems the better for it.

But what about us? Do we really have to put up with tiny seats, bad customer service, and the growing list of extra charges? The answer is yes, because as long as we want to travel around Europe we’ll most likely have to travel with Ryanair.
