CORRUPTION and dishonesty top voters’ concerns about TDs and senators, a survey released by the Oireachtas itself revealed yesterday.

Corruption was cited by 10% of voters as the biggest concern regarding Oireachtas members, with dishonesty the second most common worry at 9%.

High salaries emerged as the third most common issue, cited in a poll which also revealed that one-in- five people have no idea what the national parliament does.
