CAB to step up bid to seize Hyland property and cash

THE Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) will take further legal steps this week in its efforts to seize houses, cash and a BMW believed to have been owned by murdered Dublin drug baron, Martin “Marlo” Hyland.

The property and cash are at the centre of legal proceedings taken by the CAB.

The bureau is believed to have secured a court order against any transactions taking place in relation to the property. The court order is due to expire this month.
