A NIGERIAN mother-of-two fighting deportation for the sake of her autistic son will make one final appeal to the High Court to remain in the country, it emerged last night.

Olivia Agbonlahor has until 2pm tomorrow to secure an interim order allowing her to stay in Ireland with her six-year-old twins, Melissa and Great.

Ms Agbonlahor claims being returned to Nigeria will adversely affect Great’s development. This week outgoing Justice Minister Michael McDowell signed an order to deport the family.
