Those were the tragic last words left by a young student on his ex-girlfriend’s mobile phone voice mail just minutes before he drowned in the River Lee before Christmas.

Heartbreaking details emerged yesterday of the final moments of Joseph Mullally, aged 20, from Innishannon who went missing in the early hours of Friday, December 15, 2006, after a night out with friends in Cork city.
