Newbridge, High School contest final

NEWBRIDGE College, Co Kildare, and the High School, Rathgar, Dublin, will contest this year’s final of the Thomas Crosbie Holdings All-Ireland Schools Quiz.

Last evening at Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone, they performed superbly to outscore Cork opposition, winning decisively in each session. Newbridge, winners in 2005, can expect a tough battle from High School in what should be an intriguing contest.
