FINE GAEL leader Enda Kenny launched his party’s election manifesto yesterday — but almost immediately admitted that not all of it could be implemented in the next government’s term of office.

The manifesto contains approximately 1,000 promises across health, education, justice and the economy which would cost €8.3 billion to implement.

However, under questioning, Mr Kenny conceded: “Obviously, all of these issues are not going to be implemented within a five-year period.”
