BISHOP Willie Walsh today launches a unique survey of Catholic married life and couples in the first seven years of marriage.

The study — Married Life: The First Seven Years — was conducted for Accord, the Catholic marriage care service and involved a survey of 712 couples throughout Ireland in April and May 2006.

All couples were married for the first time between 1999 and 2005, and were still married.
