Six-month waiting list for driving tests

THERE is still an average wait of more than six months for a driving test, latest figures from Road Safety Authority (RSA) show.

RSA chief executive Noel Brett said yesterday the average wait has dropped to 27 weeks.

This compares with an average wait of 32 weeks at the start of this year.
