Wallchart to help children stick to healthy habits

IRELAND’S answer to supernanny has thrown his weight behind a new wall chart campaign aimed at rewarding children for eating healthily.

Safefood launched a new healthy eating wallchart yesterday and the project received the backing of clinical psychologist and presenter of RTÉ’s Families in Trouble TV series, Dr David Coleman.

The wallchart uses a reward system to encourage better eating habits and to help parents help their children.
