Survey finds one-in-five of city youth used cocaine

CORK’S growing cocaine habit was exposed yesterday in a shocking new survey.

Some 41 people in a survey of 200 people in Cork city centre and University College Cork aged between 18 and 35 said they had tried cocaine.

One-in-four young men said they have used cocaine while almost one-in-five young women said they have sampled the drug.
