SPIRALLING tit-for-tat feud shootings in Limerick over recent days have created a situation “fraught with danger” the city’s garda chief warned yesterday.

Within the past five days there have been seven separate shootings and a grenade attack. One boy, aged 16, received serious bullet wounds in one incident.

Two widows and a grandmother have been among those singled out for attacks by the rival gangs.
