THOUSANDS of mourners in Co Cork were last night paying their respects to a brother, sister and friend who died in a horrific road accident.

Tom Frewen, 22, his sister Mary, 19, and their pal Paul Geary, 21, were returning from the Oxegen festival when their car was involved in a collision on Monday.

Last night the bodies of Tom and Mary were being removed from the family home in Curraghagalla, near Mitchelstown, to the nearby Church of the Holy Family.
