Help find my son, pleads mother

Richard ‘Happy’ Kelly, aged 17, has been missing since April 23 when he left his home in Southill at around 9.50pm.

He has been designated a Category A missing person. Inspector Gerry McNamara of Roxboro Road garda station said: “There is concern about him and that is why he is a Category A. Some people go missing on a regular basis, but in this case, Mr Kelly has just vanished. It is more serious than the ordinary missing person investigation. We have to keep in mind something could have happened to him”
