McDowell to meet mother and family of girl raped by Mr A

JUSTICE Minister Michael McDowell is to meet the mother of the girl raped by Mr A this week, it was confirmed yesterday.

The Department of Justice said the meeting was being held in order to hear what the family of the victim had to say to the minister.

“The minister intends to meet with the family during the week, there’s no exact date or time yet,” said the spokesman.
