Thomas treasures to delight audiences

STUDENTS at Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) and those in the wider community interested in the arts are in for a major treat next week.

“An Evening with Dylan Thomas,” performed in words and music by the Phoenix Players from West Mersea in England, will be presented by WIT in Waterford Treasures at the Granary at 8pm, Friday, May 12.

Mixing humour and acute perceptiveness, the programme represents a selection of Thomas’s work.
