A CHARITY drive set up by a Lions Club in Cork to aid the victims of the Pakistani earthquake is to go national.

Already the organisers, Carrigaline Lions Club, have shipped out 10 40ft containers of aid and raised more than €90,000.

Spokesman Donal Browning said he had people on the ground in India negotiating with a company which manufactures tents.
