TOP officials from the GAA and members of a local club whose grounds are under threat will make presentations to an oral hearing which begins today.

The hearing by An Bord Pleanála into plans to build a €1 billion motorway linking Dublin with the south-east begins in County Carlow today and could last up to three weeks.

The hearing into the N9/N10 motorway linking Dublin and Waterford city will feature submissions from up to 200 opponents of the plan.
