Cats see how plain milk can get a shake-up

MORE THAN ‘The Super Cats’ were shown how milk could be flavoured in many exciting ways at the national ploughing championships.

Avonmore’s new range of slim-line milk was a big attraction on the Glanbia stand at the event in Ballinabrackey. Henry Sheflin followed visits the previous day by D J Carey, Noel Hickey and other members of the Kilkenny All-Ireland winning hurling team.

But they didn’t walk alone because crowds from around the country flocked to the milk bar to enjoy the smoothie range.
