McGlinchey was ‘coerced blackmailed, manipulated’

ADRIENNE McGlinchey was not a willing participant in the transportation and planting of ammunition and fake explosives, her family claimed yesterday.

In their first response to the Morris Tribunal interim report, Adrienne’s family said she never pretended to be an IRA informer.

“Adrienne has always denied ever been a member of the IRA or an informer for that organisation. She was not a garda informer, for the simple reason that she had nothing to inform to gardaí,” her sister Karen said.
