Man fights for life after assault in city

A MIDDLE-AGED man was fighting for his life last night after another serious assault in Dublin city centre.

The man was on Marlborough Street, parallel to O’Connell Street, when the attack happened.

The victim, who is in his 40s, suffered serious head injuries.
