TWO Irish people were being questioned last night in connection with the alleged human trafficking of 15 illegal immigrants.

The immigrants, all Romanians, were discovered in the back of a camper van as it prepared to roll off a ferry in Rosslare.

The two people being quizzed, a man and a woman, in their mid-30s and believed to be from Dublin, were picked up shortly after noon, having come off the MV Normandy from Cherbourg.
