FF plan for more funds under fire
Environment Minister Martin Cullen wants to change the current system which places a cap on the amount of corporate donations a party can receive.
Fianna Fáil spent millions on what was the most expensive general election campaign in history and needs to fill a black hole in its finances. At present, a political party can accept donations of up to 6,438, while donations to individual politicians are capped at 2,539.
