The confidential report compiled by campaigners into the killing of former RAF man Raymond McCord, 22, names the men suspected of beating him to death.

Copies have also been addressed to British Prime Minister Tony Blair, US President George W Bush’s special envoy on Northern Ireland, Police Ombudsman Nuala O’Loan, and a paramilitary ceasefire watchdog.
