Man in court after €1m drugs haul

A MAN is due in court this morning in connection with a €1m drugs haul in Dublin at the weekend.

The seizure of five kilos of cocaine was part of an operation that followed a massive haul of cannabis at a riding centre near the capital two months ago.

Three men and a woman were arrested on Saturday after detectives found the drugs during searches of three homes in the Tallaght and Templeogue suburbs. They were held for questioning under the Drug Trafficking Act at Clondalkin Garda Station.
