ENDA KENNY said yesterday he is not disappointed by Pat Rabbitte’s refusal to ask Labour voters to pass their preferences on to Fine Gael in the forthcoming elections.

The Fine Gael leader is specifically advising his party's faithful to support Labour and the Greens after voting for FG candidates.

But the Labour leader is merely calling on his party's supporters "to use their transfers against the two Government parties", thereby not specifying continuing their preferences to any particular opposition grouping.
