A DUBLIN school has appealed for a new building to end its nightmare of stinking toilets and dead mice.

Gaelscoil Bharra was set up in 1996 with just one prefab, but today its 220 pupils occupy 10 prefabs on the grounds of St Finbarr’s GAA club in Cabra.

The school’s principal Seán Ó Donaile said the sewerage system can’t handle the numbers, as groups of 60 pupils have to share each of the four toilet blocks.
