Describing as a “long-fingering” exercise by Britain the decision to appoint retired Canadian judge Peter Cory to investigate six controversial killings in the North, he nonetheless said the judge’s findings should now be put on record.
“We did not need a Judge Cory. What we needed and still need is a full, sworn, judicial inquiry,” said Mr Adams. “However, Judge Cory’s reports should now be published without any further delay,” he said.
