GARDA video footage of the May Day clashes will be played in the trial of at least three youths charged in connection with the incident.

The three youths yesterday indicated to Cloverhill District Court in Dublin they would be pleading not guilty to the charges.

A total of 12 people appeared in court yesterday in connection with alleged public order offences near the Ashtown Gate of Phoenix Park on Saturday, May 1.
