PRIMARY schools launched a safety campaign yesterday in an effort to prevent child deaths on our roads.

More than 20 children are killed in road accidents every year, National Safety Council figures show.

Kids as young as five are being encouraged to test their skill through an interactive game designed to teach them practical examples of road safety. And they’re also asked to use art to show others the importance of making their way safely to and from school.
