Mean Fiddler to offer downloads

Publicly-quoted music group Mean Fiddler, headed by Waterford-born Vince Power, has begun a joint venture with Universal Records to offer internet-based downloads of live performances by Universal artists from any Mean Fiddler music venue or festival.

The agreement is the first of its kind in Britain. Live content from the forthcoming Reading Festival will be available after the event for up to €2.25 per track.
