A STATE witness to alleged after-hours drinking in a Donegal nightclub was called “a State w**ker” outside court by family members of the venue’s owners, the Morris Tribunal heard yesterday.

The incident happened before Bernard Conlon was due to give evidence in

Letterkenny District Court in May 1998 against Frankie’s Nightclub in Raphoe which was owned by Frank McBrearty Snr.
