CORK County Council is set to get tough on drug-dealing and violent tenants as a means of combating anti-social behaviour.

County Hall officials have prepared a draft policy document which will form a blueprint for handling neighbours from hell.

Nine types of anti-social behaviour have been graded. Five which include drug dealing, violence, vandalism, alcohol/solvent abuse and threatening and intimidating behaviour have been classed as high priority.
