Mayor criticises condolence book crank slogan

THE Mayor of Limerick yesterday tried to downplay the significance of a crank slogan written in the book of condolence opened at Limerick City Hall for those who died in the London bombings.

The comment was written into page three of the book which had already been full of signatures and comments.

“It is a non-story. Over 1,000 people have signed the book and there are some very moving comments.
