Gaelscoil supporters rally in plea for school

PARENTS, teachers and pupils of an all-Irish primary school joined Santa on a trip to demand a new school yesterday.

The large group from Clondalkin's Gaelscoil na Camóige joined Santa on the 300-yard trip to the constituency offices of Tánaiste Mary Harney and Councillor John Curran, the local Fianna Fáil TD.

Fair City actor David Mitchell, who plays Jimmy Doyle in the hit RTÉ soap, gave his support to the demands. His young son Conchúr started in the school's junior infants class in September.
