Suspended employee sues Noble Foundation

A WOMAN who was suspended, but later offered her job back, during investigations into missing funds at the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation is suing the charity for constructive dismissal.

Elisabeth Moran claims it was impossible for her to return to work after the charity suspended her for three months last summer. The charity rejects her claims, arguing it invited her back to work and would have welcomed her return.

Ms Moran is not the person at the centre of the ongoing Garda Fraud Squad investigation into the misappropriation of €60,000 to €100,000 of the charity’s funds over three years.
