Management face harassment allegations

ALLEGATIONS that management at ICC Venture Capital bullied and sexually harassed a senior female employee are due to be heard at the Employment Appeals Tribunal in Dublin tomorrow.

Prisca Grady, aged 40, of Logan’s Bridge, Mountshannon, Co Clare, is taking an action for alleged constructive dismissal against the bank.

The former ICC investment director is claiming she was forced to resign from her 127,000 a year position in July 2000 as a result of oppressive, aggressive and threatening behaviour
