Poll say Allen should go to jail

NINE out of ten people think Tim Allen should have been jailed after he pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography.

More than 8,500 people took part in the phone-in poll on yesterday’s Marian Finucane Show as controversy raged after the celebrity chef escaped a jail sentence for accessing 1,000 sexually explicit images of children, some as young as five.

Callers were asked to vote Yes or No to the question: ‘Should Tim Allen have received a custodial sentence?’ Over 90% voted Yes.
