This will be the main question on the lips of any serious assessor of the latest proposal to build a €7 billion Disney-style theme park outside Dublin.

The promoters of Vega City’s three international theme parks believe their proposal is very real and commercially viable, and yesterday they published more details of their plans for the world’s largest family holiday destination.
