LESS than a quarter of Department of Education staff is willing to move out of Dublin under decentralisation plans, an internal survey shows.

Of the 91 who said they would change their workplace, only 32 said they would move to Mullingar or Athlone.

The two Westmeath towns were named as the destinations for 400 staff when the relocation of public servants was announced by Finance Minister Charlie McCreevy in December.
