Dirtiest city in Ireland to be named and shamed by IBAL
The league table, organised by Irish Business Against Litter (IBAL), will target city streets, rail and bus stations, colleges and roads signs in Dublin, Cork, Waterford, Galway and Limerick.
The five cities, as well as 29 towns, will be surveyed throughout the year, with the dirtiest named and shamed in December.
