Charlie does the dirty with Violet in Street seduction

THIS is the moment Charlie does the dirty by seducing barmaid Violet in Coronation Street.

The pair enjoy a passionate clinch in the Rovers Return while Charlie's unsuspecting girlfriend, landlady Shelley, is upstairs.

Viewers of the TV3 soap will see the steamy scenes in next Monday's episode.

Control freak Charlie (Bill Ward) turns to Violet (Jenny Platt) after becoming frustrated by Shelley's behaviour.

Shelley (Sally Lindsay) has become a nervous wreck thanks to Charlie's mind games.

A Coronation Street spokesperson said: "Charlie has been getting more and more frustrated with Shelley, particularly after she spurned his advances in the bedroom because she has become so insecure about her looks.

"Things come to a head when he has a late night drink in the pub with Violet after closing time.

"They open a bottle of spirits and the sexual chemistry between them is obvious.

"Charlie leans in for a kiss and Violet responds. Things get very passionate and all the while poor Shelley is upstairs completely unaware of what's going on."

Viewers will have to wait and see whether Shelley discovers Charlie's betrayal.
