Toddler crushed in car window tragedy

A DAY out at the beach turned to tragedy when a toddler became trapped by the electric window of her family’s car and died within minutes.

Two-year-old Aisling Shields was choked to death when she was crushed by the window.

Her mother Mary had left Aisling alone in the car for just a few minutes to answer a telephone call.
