Five of them never returned home because the boat was unseaworthy, overloaded and unstable.

A damning report into the deaths of James Cooney, his son-in-law, Séamus Doyle, his grandson, Mark Doyle and their friends, John Cullen and Martin Roche was published yesterday by the Marine Casualty Investigation Board.
