Estate agents face tough tests in licensing crackdown

ESTATE agents will have to prove they are competent at their job before being allowed to practice.

That’s if recommendations from a Government-appointed advisory group are implemented.

Competency could be proved by formal qualifications, experience, or some combination of the two.
