All-rounder TP is crowned top culchie

A KERRY farmer who floored the opposition in everything from nappy-changing to cocktail-drinking is the new King of the Culchies.

TP McNamara, 22, from Lisselton in Co Kerry, beat off 21 others to take the top prize at the Culchie Festival in Fethard, Co Tipperary.

The hardworking farmer and music teacher believes he won the crown because of his all-round culchie-ability.
