Unions to ballot ESB members

A SPECIAL meeting of the ESB group of unions was held in Dublin yesterday at which it was decided to ballot all members on industrial action “if any change, either organisational or structural which impacts on staff, is attempted to be imposed without prior agreement with the unions”.
