Harney faces calls to publish critical report on student’s suicide

Anne O'Rahilly, who had a history of depression, committed suicide while a patient in the 5B unit on September 20, 2002. She had been admitted 12 hours earlier after being transferred from St Patrick's Hospital, Dublin, in controversial circumstances.

A major report into her death, commissioned by the Mid-Western Health board, has not been made public on the advice of the Attorney General.
