Family mourns as second son tragically killed

A HEARTBROKEN family was today in mourning after a second son was killed in tragic circumstances in less than seven months.

Liam Fitzgerald, 27, Rathbane North, Limerick, was killed after the car he was driving collided with an ESB pole early yesterday morning.

Last September, Liam’s 24-year-old brother, Anthony, was killed in an accident while working on the Southern Ring Road Project in the city.
